Perming Lotion is where every Noemi pump lift begins. Once the lashes or brows are positioned on the silicone pad, Step 1 works on the hair so it can take on the shape you have created. From there you move on to the Fix Lotion and finish with Nourish.
The hot pink colour shows clearly on the hair, so you can see exactly where it has been applied.
