Why use Noemi Primer? Noemi Brow Primer is a 3-in-1 treatment that:
- Cleanses the skin before tinting
- Nourishes the eyebrow
- Prepares the skin to enhance pigment retention over time
How to use Brow Primer?
- Cleanse eyebrows with eyebrow shampoo.
- Apply 1 pump of Primer on a dry cotton pad.
- Gently wipe eyebrows with the product-soaked cotton pad.
- Do not rinse.
Proceed with applying Noemi tint. Note: Ensure excess product is removed with a dry cotton pad.
