Noemi brow tint comes in more colours than most artists expect, and the right choice is what separates a natural brow from one that looks painted on. The range covers three colour families: the Hybrid Brow & Lash Dye (also sold as single sachets), the Hybrid Lash Dye with five lash-focused shades, and the liquid Dye Gel with five more. All of them are mixed with a Noemi 3% developer.
The short answer: read your client’s natural hair depth, pick a shade at the same depth or slightly darker, then adjust the tone with a second shade if needed. Mix the dye 1:1 with the GEL Solution Developer 3% and process for 10–15 minutes, as the developer’s instructions state. Always do a patch test first.
You may also see the brand written as “Noemie”, a common alternative spelling of the same Noemi Professional line. This guide is about shades. To compare the dye types themselves (hybrid, gel, liquid), read our lash and brow tint guide.
The Noemi colour range at a glance
Hybrid Brow & Lash Dye and Hybrid Dye Sachets
The Hybrid Brow & Lash Dye (15ml) is Noemi’s core tint. According to the product information it comes in 9 colours plus a clear colour corrector, works on brows and lashes, and at pH 9–10 penetrates the hair deeply. Noemi states the colour stays about 8 days on the skin and 4–6 weeks on the hair. Its henna extract formula makes it safe to use alongside lamination and lash lift services, and it is vegan.
The Hybrid Dye Sachets (1 g, new formula) list these shades:
- Cool and deep: Black, Blue Black, Graphite
- Browns: Dark Brown, Medium Brown, Light Brown, Chestnut
- Warm tones: Copper Mahogany, Golden Blond
- Mixing tone: Yellow
The new formula carries direct pigments, so the mix shows its real colour from the first stroke instead of starting out white. Sachets are a practical way to test a shade on a client or keep a rarely used colour without opening a full tube.
Hybrid Lash Dye: five shades made for lashes
The Hybrid Lash Dye was developed specifically for lashes, and Noemi says it works on brows too. Its shades are Black Night, Blue Night, Burgundy, Deep Brown and Purple. A 15ml tube gives approximately 60 uses, and Noemi states the colour can last up to 5–6 weeks. It is a natural add-on to a lash lift, finishing the service with colour in the same session.
Burgundy, Purple and Blue Night are usually more subtle on lashes than they sound.

Dye Gel (Liquid): Espresso, Pearl, Beige, Grey, Spice
The Noemi Dye Gel is the liquid version of the Noemi Dye Cream. It is sold by shade or as the Gel Dye Kit with all five colours: Espresso, Pearl, Beige, Grey and Spice. It contains hydrolysed corn, soy and wheat proteins, lemon peel oil and niacinamide, and it is 100% vegan.
Two points matter for colour work. Noemi says the shades can be used individually without a yellow or red cast (always with Noemi dye and Noemi solution), and all Gel Dye colours can be mixed with each other, as well as with the Dye Cream and Clear Corrector.
How to choose a brow tint shade
There is no single correct shade for each hair colour, but a few general principles help in most consultations. Treat them as a starting point and confirm with a swatch.
- Read the hair depth first. Look at the brow hair in daylight, not the skin. As a rule, a brow at the same depth as the head hair, or one level darker, looks most natural.
- Blonde and light hair: Light Brown, Golden Blond or a soft mix usually look better than dark brown, which can appear heavy.
- Medium brown hair: Medium Brown or Chestnut are common starting points.
- Dark brown and black hair: Dark Brown, Graphite or Black usually match. Graphite and Blue Black tend to give a cooler depth.
- Red and copper hair: warm shades such as Copper Mahogany or Chestnut tend to harmonise better than cool browns.
- Grey or white brows: results are less predictable, so test with a sachet first.
Skin tone matters too, because hybrid dye stains the skin. Very fair skin often suits a softer shade and a gentler imprint, while deeper skin tones usually need a slightly richer shade for the brow shape to show. Cool undertones generally suit ashy or neutral browns, warm undertones golden or chestnut tones.
The Hybrid Dye Colour Mix Guide makes this conversation easier. It holds 25 physical swatches: a main palette of 9 shades plus Red, Golden, Neutral and Ash mix palettes of 4 shades each. Hold a swatch next to the brow and agree on a direction together.
Mixing shades and choosing a developer
Mixing two shades
Start with a base shade at the right depth, then add a smaller amount of a second shade to shift the tone. The Noemi ChromeMix 2in1 Ratio Tool and the Chrome Mix Ratio Tool (Heart) show mixing ratios visually, for example 80% brown and 20% light brown, so the result stays consistent from client to client. Write every formula on the client card.
GEL Solution Developer 3%: the 1:1 rule
Noemi dye is always activated with a developer. The GEL Solution, Developer 3% is mixed with Noemi Dye 1:1, applied to the brows and left for 10–15 minutes. The gel holds its structure and does not run, and it leaves a stronger imprint on the skin. It comes in 14ml and 50ml.
Noemi also makes a cream developer, which the product information recommends for natural colouring, for tinting after lamination and for softer skin prints. Choose the gel when the client wants a fuller, defined brow with a visible imprint. Check the shop for current availability of the cream version.
Liquid Solution 3% for airbrush work
The Liquid Solution 3% is the most liquid solution in the Noemi line, developed for airbrush application and an ultra-defined, intense colour result on the skin. It works with all Noemi colours, cream or gel. The instructions give no fixed ratio: mix it with the colour until you reach the consistency you want, and keep to the time specified for that colour.

A shade-based tinting routine
A general outline. Always follow the instructions supplied with each product.
- Do a patch test before the first service and whenever you change products.
- Hold swatches next to the brow in good light and agree on the shade.
- Cleanse the brows, then wipe them with the Noemi Brow Primer on a dry cotton pad, without rinsing.
- Measure your shades with a ratio tool and add the GEL Solution Developer 3% at 1:1.
- Apply the mix and start the Dual Timer: 10–15 minutes, as stated for the gel developer.
- Remove the tint with a dry cotton pad.
- Cleanse with the Color Care Brow Shampoo, then apply the Color Care Brow Mask.
- Record shades, ratio and time on the client card.
Correcting and removing tint
A result can come out darker than planned or leave stain marks around the shape. The Noemi Remover for tint and henna removes tint stains from the skin, corrects an overly dark colour and reduces intensity on brows, eyelids and lashes. Its rose water formula is gentle and hydrating.
Apply 1 pump on a dry cotton pad or micro-brush, rub gently until the stain disappears, remove the excess and rinse with a water-soaked pad. Note from the instructions: do not use the remover to take off the tint at the end of the processing time; use a dry cotton pad for that. Noemi recommends remover and tint from the same brand.
Aftercare that keeps the colour
The Color Care Brow Shampoo is made for the step straight after tinting. At pH 4.0 it acts as a colour stabiliser: it removes dye residue without washing out the colour and neutralises alkaline residue. It can also be used on lashes.
The Color Care Brow Mask follows. It smooths the brow hairs and reduces porosity, so moisture and colour are not lost. Apply to washed, towel-dried brows for 3–5 minutes, or up to 10 minutes for a more intense effect, then rinse thoroughly.
For colour theory, the Hybrid Dye Note is an educational manual by colour technologist @artistka_makeup, covering hair level and depth, mixing formulations, colour matching and result examples on different hair types.

FAQ
How many colours does Noemi brow tint have?
The Hybrid Brow & Lash Dye comes in 9 colours plus a clear colour corrector. The sachets list ten shades from Black to Yellow, the Hybrid Lash Dye adds five lash shades, and the Dye Gel five more: Espresso, Pearl, Beige, Grey and Spice.
What is the mixing ratio for Noemi dye?
With the GEL Solution Developer 3%, mix 1:1 and leave on the brows for 10–15 minutes. With the Liquid Solution 3%, mix to the desired consistency and keep to the time for the colour you use.
Can I mix different Noemi shades?
Yes. Noemi states that all Gel Dye colours can be mixed with each other, and the Colour Mix Guide includes Red, Golden, Neutral and Ash mix palettes. A ratio tool helps you repeat the same blend.
How long does Noemi brow tint last?
Noemi states about 8 days on the skin and 4–6 weeks on the hair for the Hybrid Brow & Lash Dye, and up to 5–6 weeks for the Hybrid Lash Dye. Results usually vary with skin type and home care.
Can I tint right after lamination?
Noemi says its hybrid dye can be used alongside lamination and lash lift services thanks to its henna extract. For tinting after lamination, the product information recommends the cream developer for a softer result. Always do a patch test first.
