Noemi – Liquid Solution – 3% – the most liquid solution in the Noemi line, specially developed for airbrush applications and for an ultra-defined, visibly intense color result on the skin.
The extremely light, liquid texture was developed to refine the consistency of cream or gel brow pencils. This makes application and blending easier. The Noemi Liquid Solution ensures even color penetration and a precise “skin effect” that clearly defines the eyebrows and intensifies the color.
