Brow Lash World Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions

Please read these Affiliate Terms and Conditions carefully before joining the Brow Lash World Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Brow Lash World Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid bank account account to receive commissions.
• Operate a website, blog, social media page, or other online platform relevant to beauty, skincare, or cosmetics.

2. Affiliate Registration & Approval

After submitting your application, we will review it and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Links

Once approved, you will receive a unique referral link. You may use this link on your website, blog, emails, or social media to promote Brow Lash World products.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Spamming or using misleading content to drive traffic.
• Promoting your affiliate link through coupon or deal websites without our prior approval.
• Using paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) with our brand name, domain name, or trademarks.

4. Commissions

• You will earn variable commission based on promotions and products (5% by default) on each qualifying sale made through your unique referral link or discount code.
• Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount (excluding shipping, taxes, returns, or chargebacks).
• Self-referrals or fraudulent activity will not qualify for commission.

5. Payouts

• Commissions will be paid monthly, within 30 days after the end of each calendar month.
• The minimum payout threshold is CHF 50 / €50. Earnings below this threshold will roll over to the next month.
• Payments will be made via Bank Transfer. Any transaction fees are the responsibility of the affiliate.

6. Returns and Cancellations

If a referred customer cancels or returns their order, or if the transaction is found to be fraudulent, the related commission will be deducted or reversed.

7. Marketing Guidelines

You agree to:

• Accurately represent Brow Lash World and its products.
• Avoid making any false claims, guarantees, or misleading statements.
• Not alter any promotional material or brand assets without prior approval.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time, with or without cause. Grounds for termination include:

• Violation of these terms.
• Inappropriate or harmful content on your platform.
• Misrepresentation of our brand.

Upon termination, you must immediately remove all affiliate links and cease promoting Brow Lash World products.

9. Limitation of Liability

Brow Lash World is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, commissions, or data) arising from your participation in the program.

10. Modification

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Geneva.
