The Neutral Color Corrector by Noemi is a clear colour corrector that can act as a standalone treatment or to colour correct their lash and brow dyes.
What makes this product unique is its ability to mix the corrector with any of the Noemi Hybrid Dyes to lighten the final result by a few tones, affording you the opportunity to correct the shades if they appear too dark. It can also be used to enhance the hair and give it extra shine.
