Refund and Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Are there any costs associated with returning products?
You are entitled to a 14-day return window for merchandise. Return shipping charges are at your own cost. You are only responsible for any reduction in the product’s value that comes from handling it in excess of what is required to determine its nature, features, and functionality. Return shipments are sent at the sender’s risk, and Brow Lash World will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged shipments.
My order arrived incomplete or damaged, what now?
At Brow Lash World, we take great care in packaging all orders. However, if your product arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer service at info(at)browlashworld.com. We will ensure a suitable solution is provided.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain products are exempt from returns, including:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Perishable or rapidly expiring products.
- Items unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if their seal is broken.
- Products that have been irreversibly mixed with other items.
- Used products.
- Discounted items.
All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused. Ensure that you include any provided accessories. Items not meeting these conditions upon return will be retained by the buyer, who will be liable for the price.
We recommend obtaining proof of return when sending items back.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
You have the right, for any reason and without justification, to cancel or return your order within 14 days of the merchandise being shipped into the European Union. As mentioned above, the item needs to be in its original packaging, undamaged, and in the same state as when it was delivered to you. The receipt or other evidence of purchase is also required.
Refunds
As soon as we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, you will instantly receive your money back using the original payment method within ten business days. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may require some time from your bank or credit card company.
